Waterfalls, beaches and the beautiful people.

First up - The Chateau Waterfall in Nice, set in pleasant parks overlooking Nice. Well worth a wander upto. I could have stayed all day in the lovely shaded pools, listening to the water and staying out of the glaring sunshine like the vampire that i am . .
But no time to lose, we were Monaco bound to mingle with the rich and famous. Or lurk, whichever way you looked at it, we were heading for the bright lights . . .

Monaco is the second smallest country (by size) in the world; only the Vatican City is smaller. Monaco is also the world's second smallest monarchy, and is the second most densely populated country in the world.

Here I am attempting to blend in with the glamourous and rich residents . . . I have a frock on and everything!!!

Here's the famous Hotel de Paris reflected in a mirrored sculpture in one of the parks. We sauntered past but the doormen looked at us suspiciously, obviously we did not have the required aura of filthy richness needed to loiter in its vicinity . . . .

Neil felt to need to walk me around the entire Grand Prix circuit, here he is on the famous Lowes Hairpin, nearly got run over getting to it!

We spent our third anniversary celebrating in Monaco, sounds posh, we actually ate chips on the harbour . . .
this shot was taken looking down over the harbour from the city palace.

We also lounged on the city beach which was really nice. Had an unusual feel to it surrounded by high rise hotels.

Next up, Cannes and the big boats . . .
